We understand and acknowledge that home improvement projects are a big deal and can be a step into the unknown for you.

Our studio comprises architects, designers and architectural technicians who provide the necessary skills to undertake projects across a broad range of sectors. We believe that the best design outcome is a result of a healthy collaboration between the client and the architect.

We are also experienced conservation architects working with Heritage Assets and/or existing buildings which are located within Conservation Areas.

During the whole process, from inception to completion, our approach is to fully engage and support you in a collaborative environment to fulfil your brief, add value and hopefully offer ideas that you may not have considered.

We undertake all aspects of the design process in line with the RIBA work flow, Stages 1 to 6.

From concept design through to submitting the application for planning approval we will liaise with the Local Authority from the outset to help facilitate a smooth path to obtaining planning permission.

We will prepare the technical drawings and information required to achieve Building Regulations approval; will advise on and collaborate with any other necessary consultants to do this; and ensure the design proposals are fully coordinated with any other design disciplines prior to the detailed information going out to tender.

We are able to manage the project and administer the building contract once the site works commence for the duration of the construction period and would strongly advise that our input is retained throughout to help overcome any challenges should they arise.
