The three, four bedroom houses, are a contemporary take on the Victorian townhouse using modern materials and incorporating generously proportioned fenestration to maximise views and natural daylight.

Each dwelling provides a modern family living environment with generous open plan living spaces and direct access to private gardens to the rear of each house.

A contemporary mansard roof clad in red zinc is proposed and provides a complimentary contrast to light the masonry facade.

A Zinc clad canopy over the entrance door at ground floor level creates a clear and articulated entrance point for each dwelling.

Highly articulated London stock brick is proposed, with recessed brick piers defining each of the three units.

Alternative brick bonds and subtle variations in the brick texture at ground and first floor levels create additional depth and articulation to the façade.

On the rear façade, the brick piers return but are set back to create privacy to each of the upper level terraces, which are bound by a glass balustrade.

A lush and verdant wild flower green roof softens the outlook from the first floor terrace, enhancing natural ecology across the site, while perceptively merging into the ground floor garden.
