Ashley Road East
Working with developer Argent, the brief was for a temporary marketing sales suite which would provide an active base for the selling of the adjacent Ashley Road East development apartments in Tottenham Hale.

As part of the overall development phasing, the marketing suite would be cited in two different locations. To facilitate this the building is constructed from two, off site, pre-fabricated modules which allowed the marketing suite to be craned in and then moved to its phase 2 location.
The pre-fabricated modules are clad with warm vertical Accoya fins. A large glass aperture with a fully integrated and concealed roller shutter creates visual permeability and a strong connection with the public realm.
A large illuminated neon glass sign is mounted on top of the roof, bridging both modules to create a distinctive landmark in an area undergoing significant re-development.
